Cook Islands, anyone?

With some new information from one of our world-wide contributors, I'll be adding 140 new listings (types) to Cook Islands in the Numismaster product.
Some go back to 2006, but the far greater number is concentrated in 2008 and 2009. All are silver, many have gilt portions or have crystal inserts.
